By making a purchase at WonderTables®, you accept the following terms and conditions in accordance with current legislation in Spain and the European Economic Community (EEC/EEA).

Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, update or withdraw any product at any time and without prior notice.

Colours, finishes and designs may vary slightly from the images shown on screen due to device settings, lighting or printing processes.

Orders

WonderTables reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues or other exceptional circumstances.

In the event of cancellation on our part after payment has been made, the customer will receive a full refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Prices and Taxes

All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT in accordance with Spanish and European regulations.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

Shipping

We work to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes indicated on the website. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier company.

WonderTables is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs processes, strikes, logistics incidents or force majeure events.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Economic Community have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

For a return to be accepted:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.
• The request must be made within the legally established timeframe.
• Personalised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
