Refund policy

At WonderTables® we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will be glad to help you.

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) 

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without needing to state a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at wondertableshop@gmail.com indicating your order number and we will send you the necessary instructions.

Personalised products or products manufactured according to consumer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days after the delivery date of the order.

For a return to be accepted, products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original unopened packaging.

Products that have been used, damaged or tampered with cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
